            Being located in Thailand it is impressive that every child in our school is tutored in Thai language and Thai culture. Writing in Thai language is much more difficult than speaking in Thai. The school has a rich collection of books in Thai. A lot of activities are organized to create an interest in the language, like observing the Thai Day and having debates in Thai. This would go a long way in helping them speaking Thai in public places. Students learn a lot about Thai culture during the Thai day like Wai Kru, Ceremouus  Wai competition, Somtam Making Competition, Walking on Coconut Shell, etc.

            We not only prepare students for GCE ‘O’ Level Examinations but also ensure that each child of TSIS can speak, read and write the Thai language efficiently and  behave according to the Thai Cultural norms.
